Job Description

Major Deliverables

  • Ensure accurate resolution of customer’s billing disputes for SME segment. Explain same to customer and collection teams.
  • Compute adjustments and obtain requisite approvals as per Delegation of authority for parked disputes.
  • Ensure corrective actions for the disputed links/routes to avoid repeat dispute over same.
  • Engaging with cross functional teams and periodic feedback sessions and collect the internal customer/collection voice.

Essential Attributes

  • Experience in billing/Dispute resolution/collections.
  • Should have good analytical, co-ordination, communication and presentation skills.
