Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of customer communication for service across Product and CSO, while maintaining content completeness, accuracy & appropriate tonality for the medium (mail, SMS, WhatsApp, website)
  • Validation of requirement, creation of draft/template/scripts/video (with legal vetting, if required), closure of design, database verification and scheduling release in bulk mailing/messaging tool or internally
  • Ensuring service information update, design and roll out on portals for all triggered mailers while maintaining branding guidelines on communication
  • Managing communication needs for internal teams to ensure seamless update of information
  • Creation of content and surveys for internal campaigns, and tracking responses against same
  • Tracking & sharing performance metrics periodically
  • Contributing to projects, organizational award entries, center branding, social media posts in collaboration with CFT
  • Managing vendors
