We are Hiring for Office Assistant / Receptionist for Info Desk for a leading Banquet - Chembur.
Fresher can grab this excellent opportunity. Candidate having good command on Communication skills will be preferred.
- Handling Information Desk
- Responsible and attentive person to staff the Reception desk
- Assisting Customers at the entry point
- Attending Customers Queries
- Coordination with the other departments for smooth daily operations
- Computer knowledge is necessary.
- Duties will majorly include answering the phone, filing, taking reservations, and some administrative tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous hotel related experience or previous customer service related experience preferred
- Computer Knowledge is a must
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand primary language (English/ Hindi/ Marathi) used in the workplace or primary language used by the guests who visit the workplace.
