Job Description:

We are Hiring for Office Assistant / Receptionist for Info Desk for a leading Banquet - Chembur.

Fresher can grab this excellent opportunity. Candidate having good command on Communication skills will be preferred.

Candidates will be responsible for
  • Handling Information Desk
  • Responsible and attentive person to staff the Reception desk
  • Assisting Customers at the entry point
  • Attending Customers Queries
  • Coordination with the other departments for smooth daily operations
  • Computer knowledge is necessary.
  • Duties will majorly include answering the phone, filing, taking reservations, and some administrative tasks.
Reports To:Guest Services Supervisor, Guest Services Manager, Assistant General Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous hotel related experience or previous customer service related experience preferred
  • Computer Knowledge is a must 
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand primary language (English/ Hindi/ Marathi) used in the workplace or primary language used by the guests who visit the workplace.


UG:Graduation Not Required
