Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Work closely with customers and Business team to understand the requirement and code accordingly
2. Helping customers to resolve production issues within SLA, do the batch support to make sure the JDA system readiness before SLA
3. Should able to review tickets with Business CoE and go to attitude to work with other supply chain extended teams


Desired Candidate Profile

1. 8-10 years’ experience Implementing JDA/BY ESP/Fulfilment Solution.
2. Good understanding of Technical and Functional knowledge of JDA Demand planning, Enterprise Supply planning
3. Good understanding of data models for BY SCPO
4. Experience in configuring standard BY processes, custom process and batch jobs
5. Experience in writing PLSQL procedures, Packages, functions etc., and able to fix the technical issues quickly    

  1. BE/Btech / MCA Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master’s degree in one of these areas preferred
  2. Certifications and prior consulting / support experience on highly preferred

UG:B.Sc in Maths, Computers,B.Tech/B.E. in Computers

PG:MS/M.Sc(Science) in Maths, Computers, Electronics
