Job Description

Major Deliverables:
  • To lead team responsible for delivery of Transmission path for Enterprise customers new order delivery
  • Managing Service Delivery -workflow queue and ensure closure of open tickets within SLA
  • Lead team for allocating TX Path in the SD workflow by checking the network management systems
  • Coordinating with Core team / Access / MAN team for rectifying the variances observed while allocating the TX path
  • Releasing TX path on availability core/backhaul in case of variances
  • Manage and Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of technical support services through proper communication between network and business function.
  • Updating the backend systems as per the installation process flow
  • Coordination with relevant teams basis process changes
  • Any other activity basis process improvement or New Technology deployment.
  • Lead Projects and process improvements of new order delivery

Operational Deliverables:
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Key Offerings such as MPLS, ILL, DLC, NPLC etc Solutions
  • Execution of Customer Delivery orders within signed off Timelines
  • Timely Project Plan submissions & Expectation Sign offs
