Job Description

Major Deliverables:
  • To develop the training framework and conduct Product & Process training to meet requirements of quality delivery by the Service delivery team
  • Develop training framework based on training need identification of the Service Delivery team
  • Conduct training sessions independently to train new hire resources on end to end process.
  • Provide training to existing resources with quality feedback and deliver cross functional trainings/ top-up trainings on service delivery
  • Capture process changes, update modules and provide periodic training for process changes
  • Create documentation via modules along with process map work instructions
  • Create case studies based on real life operations scenarios
  • Follow up post training with evaluations to assess level of knowledge

Essential Attributes:
  • Good Presentation & Communication skills
  • Technically aware about the telecom related Terminologies related to MPLS, ILL
  • Hands on Working Experience & Knowledge of Telecom Service Delivery Life Cycle Applications & Tools
  • Analytical mindset, Logical thinking & Reasoning
  • Drive for Process Improvement Initiatives
  • MicroSoft Excel& Visio Awareness
  • Team management in Project Managing Enterprise Service Delivery
