Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for Achievement of Sales & Collection targets of the company as per agreed budget through a team of Sales Managers, Area Manager/Sales Executives
  2. To motivate and give suitable direction to the team in the tough market scenario to achieve the budgeted numbers
  3. To drive the marketing function of the company and to manage ATL and BTL segments of marketing, product promotions, display, Branding, digital marketing, Participation in leading exhibitions and to lead complete look and feel of the company.
  4. Co-ordinate with supply chain, logistics, administration, commercial and factory departments to ensure smooth sales & dispatch operations.
  5. Responsible for effective production planning for smooth production, control on FG inventory of the company and coordinate with other departments for quality /production /logistics related issues.
  6. To play important role in product management and launch of new products
  7. Ensure a healthy network through appointment of good dealers/ distributor across different geographies in and out of Oman (GCC, Levant & Africa).
  8. To regularly travel and meet existing clients and to ensure the good relationship with them
  9. To explore and tap new geographical market for al Maha
  10. To establish Al Maha in project and institutional segment and to add new clients based on his / her back ground and experience.
  11. Ensure Profitable Sales which are in line with the target gross margin/prices of the company.- To maintain product mix and to achieve the targeted average selling prices
  12. Ensure compliance to the credit control policy of the company and ensure strict control over debtors number of days.
  13. Getting brand Al Maha approved in leading project and Government departments and to do product presentations to key clients.
Requirement:
  1. Should have experience of working at Senior Level in the Sales & Marketing function of a medium/large sized manufacturing company in the tiles or building material industry
  2. Bachelor Degree with MBA, with minimum 15 years experience in the field of Sales with good exposure to Marketing activities.
  3. Experience in GCC with knowledge of Arabic language will be preferred
  4. Exposure to brand management, a distinct advantage
  5. Good working knowledge of computers and ERP.
  6. Good Leadership, Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
  7. Age less than 48 years
