Job Description

Maintain all customer data in the form of hard copy as well as soft copy.
Making allotment letter, demand letter
Welcome and Reminders letters.
Preparing possession letters and any other letter as per requirements.
Handling and resolving customers issues.
Communicate and follow up with customers for payment dues.
Handle cancellation and refunds
Handle issues like payments, retentions, GST.
Guide customers regarding home loans.
Daily reporting.
