Responsibilities
Responsible for Revenue Generation
Present realistic forecasts & achieve the sales targets.
Managing complete sales cycle including Introductory Meetings, Demos, Negotiation and Closure.
Should have an in-depth understanding of each sales prospect, their buying and organizational influences and their decision-making processes
Making Presentation with Prospects, Requirement Analysis, Solution & Concept mapping, etc.
Cross Selling Activities with existing clients
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
The candidates should be of L&D background or at-least have understanding of it
Also the candidate should reach out to the people at the HR head level, CFO level or L&D head level.
The candidate should be able to understand the lingo of the L&D
Prefer to have some one from e-learning background.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 5 years experience in sales
Knowledge of Solution selling preferably in content space
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Master degree in business administration or a related field
