Grade & Designation: L2 Desktop support Engineer
Department: Networking
Reporting to Director, HR, Networking Manager
Location: Ranjangoan
Food and transport facility available.

Key Goals/Key Activities

Networking & Installation
  • To provide support and general configuration of installation.
  • To provide network support and general configuration.
  • Assist with the testing of internal applications and projects.
  • To deal with customers in technically effective manner.
  • To provide external client support via telephone and email.
  • Hardware and Networking knowledge
  • Install and support LANs, WANs, and network segments.
  • Install and maintain network hardware and software.
  • Ensure network connectivity throughout a companys
  • LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
  • Routing and Switching (Preferred CCNA)
  • Hands on experience on Avaya IP office / Video Conferencing
  • Hands on experience on Firewall Installation (Cyberoam and Fortigate)
  • Knowledge of Windows server (AD, DHCP, DNS Etc)
